Cheiloplasty:
Very thick and bulky lips are reduced in size and shape with cosmetic surgery.
Very thin and ill defined lips are enlarged using patients own fat or fillers injection.
Cheek Augmentation
To augment the cheeks, a plastic surgeon may place a solid implant over the cheekbone. Injections with the patients' own fat or a soft tissue filler, like Restylane, are also popular. Rarely, various cuts to the zygomatic bone (cheekbone) may be performed. Cheek augmentation is commonly combined with other procedures, such as a face lift or chin augmentation.

Cheek implants can be made of a variety of materials like silicone, high-density porous polyethylene, marketed as Medpor, and ePTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene), better known as Gore-Tex.

Chin Implants and Augmentation

Chin augmentation using surgical implants can alter the underlying structure of the face, providing better balance to the facial features. Chin augmentation may be achieved by manipulation of the jaw bone (mandible) and augmentation utilizing this technique usually provides a more dramatic correction than with the use of prosthetic implants.

Children having absent ears since birth can be reconstructed using rib cartilage grafts at the age of 8 years.

Eye Brow and Forehead lift

The forehead lift is also known as an endobrow lift, an open brow lift, or a temporal lift. The procedure cosmetically corrects sagging in the forehead skin, upper eyelids and eyebrows.

A neck lift is actually a set of procedures used to enhance the appearance of your neck:

• Platysmaplasty removes or alters neck muscles
